Allison Bell
Allison "Allie" Bell is the Office Manager who assists in processing all new referrals, managing payments, and assisting in keeping Counseling Associates running smoothly. Allie is in the office full time, Monday through Friday from 8-5pm.
In her free time Allie enjoys crafts including but not limited to crocheting, embroidery, and painting. If you can't reach her the chances are that she's curled up on the couch watching Little House on the Prairie reruns with her craft supplies. Allie is also often found devouring whatever book series has peaked her interest most recently. She is a people person and is always excited to speak with anyone new, especially clients.
Olivia Kanak
Olivia "Liv" Kanak is a Client Care Coordinator who assists with processing referrals, answering phone calls and keeping Counseling Associates running smoothly. Liv is in office part-time on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Outside of Counselling Associates, Liv also works as a Certified Medication Technician at a local assisted living facility, where she loves caring for residents and forming meaningful connections. She has always felt a strong calling to help others and finds joy in supporting others in any way she can.
In her free time, Liv enjoys spending time with her daughter and boyfriend-- whether they're going to the park, having mini dance parties at home, baking something new, or just relaxing. She loves to read and binge her favorite shows on repeat. She also never says no to checking out local festivals or activities with her friends and family.
Amanda Boyce
Amanda is a Client Care Coordinator at Counseling Associates, where she supports clients and clinicians by scheduling, coordinating, and handling day-to-day office operations. She enjoys being part of the first point of contact for clients and strives to create a welcoming, supportive environment where people feel comfortable and cared for from the moment they walk through the door. Amanda is in office full time Monday-Friday 8-5pm.
Amanda is pursuing her master’s degree in counseling and is passionate about supporting others through compassion, connection, and meeting people where they are.
Outside of school, Amanda enjoys reading, music, photography, and finding small adventures that make her smile. She’s always up for a trip somewhere new or a bite of something she’s never tried before—especially if it involves bacon, her forever favorite. Back at home, her sassy cat, Momma Mia, keeps her humble and makes sure everyone knows who’s really in charge.
